After reading below, answer me this: is this the most clever marketing tactic of all time or blind (and spooky) luck coincidence?

On November 16th, the stars of The Twilight Saga: New Moon will line up in Los Angeles for the official premiere of the film.

The heavens, it seems, will also be lining up on that date as well. One Twitter-er made an interesting connection between the date of New Moon's official premiere and the lunar calendar.

November 16th will also be the date of a legitimate new moon according to the lunar phase calendar.

Clever? Methinks so.

Moving right along, it seems that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse could be subject to a similar coincidence. The Twitterer's research proves correct in that on June 26th (four days before the release of Eclipse), a partial lunar eclipse will occur (with the next eclipse, a total eclipse, not due until December 21, 2010). If, like with New Moon's premiere, Eclipse's premiere takes place four days before the film's release, Eclipse will premiere during an eclipse, and New Moon will have premiered during a new moon.

Just a little?
Love this qoute and has me begging for more..... So, as those whom follow know Im new to the whole blogging scene and I am very aware there are a many-a-twihards out there and my followers are currently limited, well non existant. The reason for my creation of this blog is that, I a 30yr old woman with 2 daughters under 4 feel the need to express myself and share my experience, addiction, awe, fascination etc of the Twilight Saga..As well as my begging for Stephanie to write more, theres so many places she can go from here and it is so sad that a jerk did what they did and now we her greatest fans are left with the consequences. I know there are other over 26yr olds that feel exactly the same as me and perhaps not quiet as open about sharing it. My plans for this blog are not yet known. I just want it to be a place where we can be ourselves, talk about the things we love and share in the Twilight Phenomenon together, even though many may think we should be changing diapers, cooking and cleaning....Bloody stereotypes....... Anyways, Ill will be posting News as I recieve it, Links of awesomeness, replying to you all and just basically being a hardcore TWIHARD and Bloody Proud!

So it's Day 2 of my new blog and wow have I got some shit to add...... Here in australia they are about to release "The Vampire Diaries". Yes I am interested anything Vampiric interest me but comparing a model to R Patz well Im sorry but R patz is naturally HOT and I have thought that since he played Cedric so there..... So lemme tell you abit about this Vampire Diaries its Characters and ofcourse the guy who they believe will steal R Patz's fans... Not likely but hey he can try!!!
So according to FAMOUS MAGAZINES Sept 21st Issue...The Vampire Diaries is based on a pair of Old time Italian vamps, they are sexy but not R Patz aka Edward. So they are Damon and Stefan Salvatore. Apparently they compete for the affections of a human girl Elena Gilbert.... Just a fact the novels "The Vampire Diaries" were written a decade before Twilight......
Apparently Elena is a exact Lokalike to a girl both brothers fought over, loved and lost eons of years ago......
So I put this to you.... Is this set to be the Next BIG THING... Look true blood has been out for ages still not released here in Oz unless you pay for cable and that isnt a quote.
The Director for Vampire Diaries Also the Director of SCREAM Kevin Williamson states "Its a bit edgier than anything that is out right now, plus its on weekly not yearly like Twilight. Vampire fans can get a regular dose week after week....and lets face it we all love a Vampire and theres plenty of room for another epic vampire/human romance-especially when its a threesome....

Yes I am Sane!!!!!

Have you ever been so Involved in a book that your most desired wish was to be a character within it, then it becme a movie and you wished even harder....I have.... And without a doubt according to the many forums I am a member of I believe I am not alone. Yes ok I admit it. I am 30yrs old yes turned 30 in July, I am a mother of 2 beautiful daughters. Phoebe who is almost 4 and is also a TWI-Hard and Maddie who just turned 2 on the 14th Sept...Maddie is terminally ill, she suffers a few problems one is Cystic Fibrosis, as result she lost over 3 and half meters of her intestine in surgery after birth...So maybe my fasination stems from her but I can assure you it doesnt.
My life is one of those you look at and say "How dare they have kids". Mum was a Junkie and well Dad I still aint sure which one it is...and well I have a history too....
Perhaps this is why I wish I was a character in a non-fiction story but my vampiric fantasy stems much deeper...... In time perhaps I will share but for now my topic is being a TWI-HARD! Oh I must admit I am a late bloomer, coming from Harry Potter and being that Twilight wasnt a big deal here in Sydney till it was released on DVD I feel amature.... After seeing the first Movie, I decided I was to eager to start at book one and jumped straight onto NewMoon. I finished the saga and picked up Twilight to read 2days ago... With the kids and the boat races I didnt get a solid hour to really read until Last night, I was up till 5am and well I suspect Ill re-commence NewMoon tonight.. Now I wish I never skipped Book one initially, part of me feels I should read it again to catch up but my excuse is lame. Its actually I never want it to end....I want to see things from others POV I think Alice would have a great POV aswell. I want to know what happens to Jacob and Renesmee. Part of me feels it seems almost cruel to leave us hanging like that.....I started to read the Midnight Sun Partial Stephanie Meyer posted on her site, but I stopped myself I was enjoying it far to much to have to get stuck at a none finished book, however great from my imagination it maybe, its just not the same....
